ENVIRONMENT
Our shipping envelopes and cartons are made from recycled
materials. The description of each card includes information about the publisher’s
environmental policies, if available. Most publishers follow environmentally friendly
practices.
Flat-rate shipping. Order multiple cards and save

- Rates apply to shipments within the 50 states, as well as to US
territories and possessions, Army Post Offices (APOs), and Fleet Post Offices (FPOs).
- Delivery times outside 48 continental states may take longer than
estimated times.
When your order will be shipped
Orders received before 2 pm Eastern Time Monday-Friday are normally shipped the
same day. Orders received other times are normally shipped the next business day.
International shipments
To place an international order, please email us or call
us at 800-236-1768 for shipping costs. International orders cannot be placed directly
through our website. International shipments are normally sent International First
Class mail, though expedited shipping is available. All duties, taxes and fees are
the responsibility of the party placing the order.
Please see comments pertaining to international shipments immediately below in sections
on “Damaged shipments” and “Delayed or lost shipments.”
Damaged shipments
We will replace any damaged cards or refund the cost, including shipping charges—at
your discretion. Damaged cards must be reported within 20 days of receipt. To report
damaged shipments, email us or call 800-236-1768. We
ask that you return the damaged cards to us, and we will send you a mailer to return
them.
We unfortunately cannot be responsible for damaged shipments to international addresses.
If you elect to pay for insurance, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim.
Delayed or lost shipments
Shipments within the 48 continental states. After 10 business days (including
Saturdays) from ship date, undelivered orders will be reshipped or refunded, at
the customer’s discretion. Customer agrees to mail back the original shipment
at our expense if eventually received.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and possessions, Army Post Offices (APOs),
and Fleet Post Offices (FPOs). After 20 business days (including Saturdays)
from ship date, undelivered orders will be reshipped or refunded, at the customer’s
discretion. Customer agrees to mail back the original shipment at our expense if
eventually received.
International shipments. We unfortunately cannot be responsible for delayed
or lost shipments to international addresses. We are happy to assist you in tracing
the shipment. If you elect to pay for insurance, we are also happy to assist you
in filing a claim.
SALES TAX
Virginia sales tax is added to orders shipped to Virginia.

CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER
First, please go to my account.
Check the order status to see if the order has been shipped.
If an order has not been shipped, we are happy to change or cancel the order. Please
email us or call us at 800-236-1768.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Cards may be returned for a full refund within 20 days.
Shipping charges are refunded both ways, subject to certain conditions. Shipping
charges to you are refunded on a pro rata basis per our First Class Mail flat rate
of $1.75. For example, if you order 5 cards and return 2, we will refund the cost
of the 2 cards plus $0.70 [(2/5) x $1.75 = $0.70]. In addition, we refund the actual
First Class postage that you pay to return the cards. Postage refunds for customers
that use expedited shipping methods are based on the $1.75 flat rate.
If a return is due to our error, we refund on a pro rata basis all shipping charges
to you, including charges for expedited shipping. We also refund the actual First
Class postage that you pay to return the cards.
Cards must be returned in the condition that you received them. Please enclose the
packing slip that came with the order. Kindly explain the reason for the return
on the packing slip or a separate note. If possible, use the envelope in which the
cards were shipped to return them. A refund will be issued promptly after we receive

International shipments. Regretfully, we do not refund postage either way
on international shipments, unless the return is due to our error. If the return
is due to our error, we refund postage on a pro rata basis based on International
First Class mail rates.

We use strong security technologies. Your transactions
at our website are protected with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology from Starfield
Technologies. Starfield provides more than half the world’s net new SSL Certificates.
SSL encryption uses public and private keys to provide an extremely high level of
security.
On the checkout pages, where you submit your credit card information, a padlock
symbol appears in the address bar, and the “https” prefix precedes the
URL. The padlock symbol indicates that you have entered a secure shopping zone.
This symbol is your assurance that your personal information is safe and is transmitted

We partner with Authorize.Net Payment Gateway. Authorize.Net manages the complex
routing of sensitive customer information through the credit card and electronic
check processing networks. The company adheres to strict industry standards for
payment processing, including:
- Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) for secure Internet Protocol transactions
- Industry-leading encryption hardware and software methods and
security protocols to protect customer information
- Compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI
DSS)
